Challenge within the Challenge

Hello Fat-Loss Challengers!

As some of you know, I offering a "Challenge" within this fat-loss challenge.  The challenge is - who can gain the most amount of lean muscle mass in 1 month.  The reason I am doing this is to encourage you to focus on building more lean muscle tissue, as the more muscle you acquire, the more calories you can burn at rest (higher metabolism), which will lead to greater fat-loss results.  Also, this will help to maintain your weight for life.

This challenge is not mandatory, but highly recommended.  If you want to do this, I will take your body comp next week when I see you.

Remember, it's not the pounds of WEIGHT lost that counts, it's the pounds (%) of FAT that will get you 1 year of FREE training!
